Sending Notification message to all or selected users

As a librarian, you are able to push a notification message to all or selected users to let me know the new changes that you have made to a library folder.  To create and push a notification message, please follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the folder that you want to notify the user, then a notify message box will appear.


2. Select all or a particular user that you would like to notify.

3. Type a message in the "Message to include" area.

4. When you finished with your message, please push the "send notification" button.

A push notification message and an email notification message will then send to all or the selected users with your message.
